Themes
Move Molokai Theme into ~/.vim/colors/ (create colors dir if necessary)
or: touch ~/.vim/colors/molokai.vim, copy Molokai Theme raw code, pbpaste > ~/.vim/colors/molokai.vim
Install Plugins
open vim and run :PlugInstall
